3 month contract with extension potential
Excite IT is a growing, dynamic, full service IT outsourcing company looking for a talented technical writer to join our team. You will lead the development and management of formal process documentation, procedures, knowledge articles, Help Scripts and web content for one of our largest clients.
The role is ideal for a high level specialist with recent experience in an ITIL aligned Service Desk and Technical Support team who has demonstrated skills in producing well written and structured documents and websites.
Strong presentation and document management skills as well as a detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, “RoboHelp”, web publishing platforms, and Microsoft SharePoint Portal and/or Atlassian Confluence are required.
Our client is a major financial organisation based in North Sydney offering exciting future opportunities as they continue to grow.
